Facilities Include

18 stall bright airy training barn with 12x12 fully matted stalls each with their individual LED light on a switch

2 wash rack's with cross ties and hot/cold water (2 more grooming areas to be added shortly), heated bathroom. Heated feed room with fridge, water cooler, and large utility sink with hot/cold water. Heated tack room with saddle and bridle racks and room for a trunk or cart.

Full size 70x200' indoor arena with proper mirror placement and 8 big sliding windows to get great airflow. Full size 70x200' outdoor arena.

4 permanent pastures currently with PVC 3 board fence with electric, and 2 temporary electrobraid pastures. 9 acres of woods to explore and get out of the arena.
